presence brings peace
Presence arises when we free ourselves of incessant thinking and unconscious reactivity, rolling back the ego, so our essential self can shine through.
Many people have been undergoing a shift in consciousness by changing the way in which they relate to the present moment. Instead of reducing the moment to a means to an end—or worse, unconsciously regarding it as an obstacle or an enemy, they are starting to experience a depth of freedom and joy they couldn’t imagine previously. How? By making the present moment their friend and by honouring rather than denying it. This brings about a new state of consciousness. I call it Presence.
It is the shift that changes everything.
