Find your inner peace + develop positive thinking through mindfulness.
No experience is necessary.
Explore how to relax, practice positive thinking and find your inner peace. These classes will also guide you harnessing your thoughts + emotions.
Leave feeling refreshed, mentally spacious + calm, with your energy restored.

Breath is our vital life force, learn to harness it to your advantage.
At Nunu we encourage vinyasic breath, this means movement synchronised with breath. Think of it as each move partnered with either an inhalation or an exhalation, creating a flowing + mindful link.
Our classes are always breath led to help you make the most of your practice.

OUR ethos

We strive to teach a mindful, strengthening + holistic yoga practice.
We encourage the experience of yoga to be a complete system, both on and off the mat.
At NUNU we honour our yoga practice as a moving meditation.
We strive to provide a space and practice that creates a strong, clear, centred + connected body and mind.

We focus on the integrity and fluidity of movement through unification with breath. These movements are initiated by the inhale, allowing us to lift, expand and open, and with every exhalation we move deeper into the experience of being.

Our approach is grounded in the traditional lineages of yoga and ayurveda.

We acknowledge all eight limbs of yoga:

  • Yama (ethical disciplines)

  • Niyama (self observation)

  • Asana (postures)

  • Pranayama (breath control)

  • Pratyahara (sense withdrawal)

  • Dharana (concentration)

  • Dhyana (meditation)

  • Samadhi (a blissful state of joy and peace)

Our vibe is calm, open, kind + positive.

Our aim is to foster an empowered, healthy + mindful community.
We welcome beginners, right through to the most experienced yogi.
