Meet Your Guide
I’m Dani Christie - yoga teacher, retreat leader, and lifelong student of stillness.
I came to yoga searching for calm in the chaos and found a practice that became my home.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve taught yoga across Australia and Bali - from studio floors to lush retreat spaces - guiding hundreds (maybe thousands?) of students to reconnect with their bodies and breath.
I once owned a beautiful yoga studio in Sydney, until 2020 reminded me that yoga isn’t bound by four walls — it’s a way of living, adapting, and coming home to yourself, wherever you are.
Now based in Melbourne, I offer personalised 1:1 yoga sessions and retreats that blend traditional yoga, Ayurveda, and nervous-system science - creating practices that feel like therapy for both body and mind.
My classes aren’t about perfect poses. They’re about presence, breath, and remembering that you already hold everything you need within you.
