Hatha yoga collection
Hatha is based on more traditional yoga and is a great foundational style class.
Class begins by gradually opening and loosening the body, followed by sun salutes, then holding classical yoga postures for a good length of time. Taught at a pace where you get to experience the poses and adjust them so that they feel good in your body. You’ll finish class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.
Hatha is suitable to all levels.
