Flow (or vinyasa) is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using the breath. Flow is moving, heating and dynamic, but with the correct use of breath it becomes smooth, liquid and graceful. Loved for it's ability to lift the heart rate and help yogis slip into a moving meditation that benefits both body and mind. This is a faster paced class that demands presence.
