Heads up: This isn’t a sightseeing tour or a cocktail-by-the-pool kind of holiday. It’s a yoga retreat designed to help you go deeper — into your body, your breath, and your own inner knowing.

A: No — flights to Bali aren’t included, so you’ll need to organise your own way there.

Closer to the retreat date, I’ll confirm a meeting point in central Ubud where we’ll all gather before heading to Gaia Retreat Centre together. It’s about a 2-hour drive, and that group transport is included in your retreat package — so once you’re in Bali, you’re looked after.

A: Accommodation for the seven nights is included in the price. You'll be staying in Balinese bungalow style accommodation, twin share or single occupancy. The bungalows are constructed out of bamboo, natural stone and wood; some are covered by traditional Alang Alang grass roofs. They have open-air bathrooms, hot water, fully-equipped kitchens, mosquito nets, closets, towels, linen, and a day-bed.

To reduce their carbon footprint, bungalows are designed to maximise airflow and use natural ventilation instead of air conditioning. All bedding and linen is included.

A: Gaia Oasis Retreat Centre is located in North Bali. This lush, green oasis, stretches from the top of a mountain right down to its footholds of the Bali Sea.

The centre has two retreat hubs. The Abasan Mountain retreat & The Pantai Beach Retreat - we will be staying at the beach retreat. Breathe deeply… immerse yourself in the rhythms of the northern Balinese countryside. A peaceful and pristine place to relax, unwind and disconnect.

A: No previous yoga experience is necessary, if you've got some then great - if not, no dramas.A flexible body is not needed for the weekend, we just ask that you bring with you a flexible mind.

A: Sure! In this case, just be sure to mention this when booking your twin room.

A: This retreat is designed for women to connect and rejuvenate together.

A: To reserve your spot, a $500 AUD deposit is required—and this deposit is strictly non-refundable. This is because spaces on the retreat are extremely limited, and once your booking is confirmed, we turn others away to hold your place.

If you need to cancel after paying your full balance, refunds (minus the deposit) are available up until March 23, 2026.

After this date, no refunds can be issued. We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover to protect your investment.

A: This retreat is designed to bring you closer home to yourself without the aid of drugs or alcohol.

A: Nutritious, healthy and nourishing vegetarian food with the inclusion of fish. The produce is grown organically on site where possible, the rest is locally sourced. 3 meals per day + afternoon tea.

Smoothies, juices and extras available at cost

A: One massage is included in your package. But you are most welcome to purchase extra treatments, massages and services at your own cost from the on site day spa.

A: Yes. If you are planning to stay in Indonesia for under 30 days, the Visa on arrival is au$50 and can easily be purchased upon arrival at the airport in Denpasar. If you plan to stay longer than 30 days, you will need to obtain a Visa before leaving your country of residence.

If your passport expires within six months of your arrival date to Indonesia, please be sure to renew your passport before you go to avoid any issues at immigration. There are no exceptions.

A: The retreat centre is located in a remote part of Bali away from shops. The purpose of the retreat is to allow you the time and space to wind down and relax for 7days.

A: To secure your place on The Reset Ritual Bali Retreat 2026, a non-refundable deposit of $500 AUD is required at booking. The remaining balance is split into two instalments: 50% due three months before the retreat (February 2026), and the final 50% due six weeks before the retreat. You also have the option to pay the full amount upfront and save $150. Please note that full payment is required immediately if booking within two months of the retreat start date.
