YOGA TO liberate BODY, MIND + soul

YOGA TO liberate BODY, MIND + soul ○

meet your yoga dealer, Dani

My own personal journey of healing led me to yoga at a young age. It was through the practice that I discovered an empowered, inspired and true inner-connection to myself, and the world around me.

Yes, yoga changed my life …

an experience like no other awaits

reconnect with yourself on a retreat

Dani Christie has been running yoga and meditation retreats for the last 10+ years.
On the shores of beautiful tropical Bali or in the stunning corners of NSW and many idyllic and lovely places in between.
The focus is on retreats that inherently nurture the body, mind and soul.

Her approach is grounded in the traditional lineages of yoga and Ayurveda. Her aim is to foster an empowered, healthy and mindful community of thriving yogis.

She welcomes beginners, right through to the most experienced yogi. All she asks is that you bring an open and flexible mind and smile.

our ethos

Dani teaches a mindful, strengthening + holistic style of yoga.

She encourages the experience of yoga to be a complete system, both on and off the mat.
Striving to provide a space and practice that creates a strong, clear, centred + connected body and mind.

The Nunu ethos is that we honour the yoga practice as a ‘moving meditation’.

We focus on the integrity and fluidity of movement through unification with breath.
These movements are initiated by the inhale, allowing us to lift, expand and open, and with every exhalation we move deeper into the experience of being.

a nunu yoga experience is different

At Nunu we invite you to step outside everyday life, reconnect with yourself and experience the yogic way of life. Each class, retreat or session is designed to revive your energy, rejuvenate your body and mind, to leave you feeling inspired and peaceful.

Whatever your level of practice and fitness, a class or retreat is an opportunity to immerse yourself in yoga and the yogic life, away from the distractions and stresses of the outside world.

Yoga begins right where you are – not where you were yesterday or where you long to be, but right here now. xo
